Notice is hereby given that the Southern California Gas Company has provided one or more of its affiliates a discount, rebate, or other waiver of the charge or fee associated with services provided by SoCalGas as described below. This information is provided pursuant to Rule III.B2 and IIIF of the affiliate transaction rules adopted by the California Public Utlities Commission (CPUC) in its Decision 97-12-088. This information will remain posted for 30 days.
